Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is received, or once a Cash on Delivery order is accepted by us. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error appears, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card or bank details. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Product use
Our products are for external use on skin and nails only. Do a patch test before use, keep out of reach of children, and stop use if irritation occurs. Colour results vary with skin type, application and aftercare. See How to Use.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The Altamash name, logo, packaging designs, photos and text on this website belong to Altamash Mehndi and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where the patch-test and usage guidance was not followed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
