Mehndi cones are natural, perishable products made for skin application. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used cones, or returns because you changed your mind.
When we accept a return or replacement
- You received a damaged, leaking or crushed product.
- You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity.
- The product was past its expiry date on arrival.
How to request one
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email.
- Share your order number, photos of the product, and an unboxing video recorded from a sealed parcel.
- We review requests within 2 business days and tell you whether we will replace the item or refund it.
Sending items back
If we ask you to return an item, we will share the return address or arrange a reverse pickup where available. Please keep the product in its original packaging. We do not accept parcels sent back without approval.
Custom Boxes
Custom Boxes follow the same rules. We replace or refund only the cones that arrived damaged, wrong or expired.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
