Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally through this website. For export or bulk orders, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or public holidays are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer, are shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery orders, where available, may carry an extra handling charge shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also see your order status under My Account.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete address with the correct PIN code and a reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because no one was available after repeated attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged parcels
If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy.
